Squassux Landing Delayed Opening

The Brookhaven Village Association Board regrets that Squassux Landing must remain closed until a tentative opening date of May 7th.

In short, due to the October storm of 2017 and the frigid conditions we experienced after Christmas, the marina was severely damaged.  Repairs are underway, but will take time. Conditions there are unsafe for boating, and the facility must not be used.  Please do not attempt to occupy any slip, launch any vessel, or try to walk on any dock.

The safety of our community is the Board’s most pressing concern.

Please call Andy Rubin, the BVA dock master, if you have any questions at 631-521-4411 between 9:00AM and 5:00PM.

The gate and ramp locks will be changed when the ice-eaters are installed. Please contact Andy Rubin, 631-521-4411 with any questions or concerns.
